Applications to rent accommodation at Dorchester Mansions opened on 1st January 2010.
1 bedroom, bachelor and rooms with shared facilities are available.
Applications to rent accommodation at Hlanganani Gardens opened on 17th August 2009.
1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are available.
As at all JHC buildings, people applying to rent at Dorchester Mansions or Hlanganani Gardens have to meet certain criteria.
All applicants:
- must be able to afford the set rent
- must provide proof of income
- must be legal South African residents (foreign nationals must have proof of legal residency in SA)
- must be able to pay the deposit which is equal to two months’ rent.
