HOUSING SUPERVISOR (3 MONTH CONTRACT)

To oversee the management of the JHC building including management of relationships with tenants, service providers, building maintenance and implementation of JHC property management policies and procedures.  

Senior Data Analyst

To develop and implement strategies for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that inform business strategies, identify risks, drive data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

To ensure that data integrity is achieved and maintained by identifying and addressing data anomalies within JHC’s datasets through collaboration with cross-functional teams within JHC.

Digital & Unit Marketing Specialist

To market units through digital and conventional marketing activities, driving lead generation and response, identifying marketing successes and planning marketing initiatives.
