Interested to Apply?

The process to apply for a JHC unit is as follows at all buildings:

  • First view the unit by visiting the building  which you have seen on this website (call 010 593 0200 to get the address of the building). The Housing Superviser at the building will help you view the flat.

  • You will then complete an application form. Make sure to bring:

  1. Latest Payslip
  2. 3 months bank statement
  3. ID/Passport
  4. Children's Birth Certificates (if they will live with you)

Application forms can be handed in at the building or at Head Office (53 Main Street, Marshalltown, JHB)
